Yes. The Free plan covers one site and 10,000 consent events a month, with no card required. Move up only when you outgrow it.

A consent event is recorded each time a visitor makes or changes a choice on your banner. Simply showing the banner doesn't count towards your limit.

Yes. Choose a different plan in Plan & billing. Card-billed plan changes take effect immediately, with an adjustment for the time left on your current plan. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Shopify handles changes and charges for plans bought through Shopify.

Your receipts keep being recorded. We won't drop a visitor's choice on the floor to make a billing point — you can see your usage against your plan in the dashboard at any time. If you go well over your allowance month after month, we'll get in touch about moving to a plan that fits, with notice. No surprise charges.

Website plans are priced in pounds, monthly or annually: Standard £69, Pro £149 or Agency £490 for a full year. Prices exclude VAT; any applicable tax is shown at checkout. There's no setup fee. Plans bought through Shopify are priced in US dollars and billed by Shopify.

Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then drops to Free limits. We don't bill you again and nothing is deleted the moment you cancel.

Both include the banner, tracker blocking, regional rules and signed receipts. Standard covers one site and re-checks it for new trackers once a month. Pro covers up to three sites, re-checks weekly and emails you when something new appears, and adds a staging environment, rollback to an earlier version and developer keys for the API and AI agents.

Receipts use an anonymous subject key, never a raw identifier, and we don't store full IP addresses by default. The privacy policy has the full detail.

Not if you sell advertising programmatically. ConsentCook does not support the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework, which sites using Google AdSense, Ad Manager or AdMob need for personalised ads in the UK and EU. For everything else — analytics, marketing tags, embeds, chat and the rest — it works exactly as described.

Every plan includes all region packs — UK GDPR, EU GDPR and ePrivacy, CCPA and more — so the rules resolve per visitor wherever they are.
